Drizzle this mushroom sauce over your favorite cut of grilled steak to give it a more robust flavor.
Ingredients:
- 10 oz chopped, minced mushrooms
- 3 T olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 2 T flour
- 1 ½ cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. parsley
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in saucepan. Add mushrooms.
- When mushrooms are tender, lower heat and stir in flour, broth and Worcestershire sauce slowly.
- Next stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Garnish with parsley.
