A combination of juicy tomatoes and creamy burrata cheese makes for a bright and flavorful side dish to pair with your favorite steak.
Ingredients:
- 6 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 1 lb (4 cups) cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tsp white balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12 basil Leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half, length wise.
- Cut red onions in quarter inch slices.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
- Pull apart burrata by hand and add to your salad.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
