To properly season your steak, remove them from the refrigerator and let rest for 30 minutes. Pat your steaks dry using a paper towel. Rub with a little avocado, grapeseed or light olive oil. Season both sides of your steak generously with salt. We recommend using kosher, Pink Himalayan or sea salt. If desired, add freshly ground black pepper to your steak after it has been seared to prevent the pepper burning.
