To properly season your steak, remove them from the refrigerator and let them rest for 30 minutes. Pat your steaks dry using a paper towel. Season both sides of your steak generously with both salt and pepper. We recommend using either kosher salt or sea salt. Other optional additions can include garlic powder, herbs (thyme, rosemary) or oil.
Let your seasoned steak rest for 15-30 minutes before cooking to help the seasonings penetrate the steak and enhance the flavor.
