Raspberry Grilled Asparagus

This unique and delicious dish combines the fresh flavor of asparagus with the sweet and tart hints of raspberry. Each piece is lightly coated with a raspberry mixture and then grilled to achieve the perfect smoky, charred flavor. This dish is best served warm and paired with your favorite cut of steak. 

Asparagus with sliced lemon

 Ingredients: 

  • 1 bunch of asparagus 
  • 1 Tbs. raspberry balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 Tbs. sunflower oil 
  • 1 cup feta cheese 
  • 1 beefsteak tomato 
  • 1 Tbs. chopped basil 
  • 1 Lemon 

Instructions: 

  1. In a large bowl mix asparagus with a light coat of sunflower oil and raspberry balsamic vinegar. 
  2. Lay the asparagus on a foil sheet. 
  3. In a small bowl mix a cup of feta cheese with a chopped tomato and a tbsp of basil. 
  4. Bring your grill to a medium heat. 
  5. Keep your asparagus on the tin foil sheet and put it on the grill. 
  6. Turn the asparagus regularly with your tongs. 
  7. Grill for 20-25 minutes and add your feta cheese mixture on top for the last 5 minutes on the grill. 
  8. Slice your lemon and use as garnish on top. 
  9. Serve warm.
