When you cut as many classic cuts as our butchers do for our restaurants, you are bound to have steaks that aren’t quite to the size we serve. Those smaller Filet Mignons, Prime Ribeyes, New York Strip Steaks, etc. get cut to 1 ounce cubes making them a versatile dinner option. These tips lend themselves to all cooking methods and are perfect for kabobs or sautéing in your favorite sauce and served over rice, pasta or even a wrap.

Thawing: Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Handling: Do not refreeze. Thawed product can be stored under refrigeration for up to 3 days.
Cooking Instructions: Can be grilled, pan seared or baked. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145° for at least 15 seconds.
